All deposits on the pharcade platform are transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pharcade accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your pharcade wallet within seconds of transaction confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and fifteen (15) minutes to reflect depending on interbank processing times.
pharcade does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees subject to their own terms and conditions, which are outside pharcade's control.
Withdrawal requests on pharcade are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pharcade reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the verified Real Money Balance will be refunded to the Player's most recently used withdrawal method.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their pharcade account may do so at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure does not discharge any outstanding wagering obligations or pending transaction processing.

Where a dispute relates to the interpretation or application of these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedies. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable in the Philippines.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Player's jurisdiction of residence.
