pharcade Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "pharcade," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the pharcade online casino and sports betting platform operating at pharcade.asia and all associated services, applications, and sub-domains.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is in the process of registering an account on the pharcade platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on pharcade, which enables access to real-money gaming and betting services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from their own payment method and held in their pharcade wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by pharcade that are separate from the Real Money Balance and subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-credited stake placed on any game or sporting event available through the pharcade platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body regulating gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process pharcade uses to comply with its regulatory obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling for real money is illegal, prohibited, or requires a local license not held by pharcade.

By registering an account on pharcade, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any service provided by the pharcade platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You have read and agree to pharcade's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money wagered on the pharcade platform.

To register and maintain an account on pharcade, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as required by PAGCOR regulations. pharcade employs age verification procedures on all accounts. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned pursuant to applicable law.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using an online casino and sports betting platform is legal. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pharcade complies with applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under guardianship, subject to any court order restricting your financial activities, or otherwise legally incapacitated.
• Single Account: You may maintain only one (1) account on pharcade. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from pharcade or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

To access real-money gaming services on pharcade, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and any other information requested by pharcade in the registration form or subsequently as part of the KYC process.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

pharcade is required by its PAGCOR operating framework to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include:

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License (Land Transportation Office)
• Social Security System (SSS) Identification Card
• Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) e-Card
• Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) Card
• PhilSys National ID
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections

pharcade reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purpose of satisfying its compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information associated with your pharcade account. Any changes to your personal details must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting pharcade support. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pharcade login credentials, including your password, one-time PINs, and any authentication details. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

pharcade implements security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication via mobile OTP, rate-limiting on failed login attempts, and device recognition alerts. However, these measures do not absolve you of responsibility for maintaining the security of your own credentials.

If you suspect that your pharcade account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify pharcade support immediately via live chat. pharcade will take reasonable steps to suspend your account pending investigation. pharcade shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

All deposits on the pharcade platform are transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pharcade accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your pharcade wallet within seconds of transaction confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and fifteen (15) minutes to reflect depending on interbank processing times.

pharcade does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees subject to their own terms and conditions, which are outside pharcade's control.

Withdrawal requests on pharcade are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification — players who have not completed KYC verification may not withdraw funds from their pharcade account.

7.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• GCash and PayMaya: Processed within 15 to 30 minutes on average, seven days a week including public holidays.
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank: Processed within 1 to 4 hours during standard banking hours. Processing may take longer outside these hours.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Only the Real Money Balance (funds deposited by the Player) is withdrawable. Bonus balances must meet applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• pharcade may impose a minimum wagering requirement on deposited funds in accordance with active promotional terms. Where no promotion is active, deposited funds are withdrawable at any time subject to KYC completion.
• pharcade reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal pending completion of fraud or identity verification checks.
• Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the Player before processing is initiated, subject to pharcade's cancellation procedures.

pharcade offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to their specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus balance before the resulting winnings are credited to the Real Money Balance. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Certain game types (including live dealer games, progressive jackpot slots, and table games) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Contribution rates are detailed in individual bonus terms.
• pharcade reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account in compliance with the terms under which they were offered.
• Only one (1) bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus before satisfying existing wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus balance.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

pharcade actively monitors accounts for indicators of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk covering bets to satisfy wagering requirements artificially; using betting patterns designed to minimize risk while satisfying wagering conditions. Where bonus abuse is detected, pharcade reserves the right to void all associated bonus credits and winnings, and to suspend or close the account.

All games offered through the pharcade platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game's outcomes and payouts.

pharcade's electronic games (slots, card games, fishing games, and RNG-based table games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems are independently audited to confirm statistical randomness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) rates. pharcade's live dealer games use physical equipment — cards, dice, roulette wheels — operated by professionally trained dealers in certified studio environments.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or power failure during a game or bet, pharcade will apply reasonable resolution measures. pharcade's determination of the outcome in the event of technical issues is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 15.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pharcade platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the pharcade platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to interact with games or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the pharcade platform.
• Colluding with other players in real-money games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the pharcade platform.
• Using third-party funds, payment methods not registered in your own name, or stolen financial instruments for deposits.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pharcade staff, other players, or live dealers.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming controls, including self-exclusion measures.

pharcade is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from within your pharcade account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period. Exceeding a loss limit triggers an automatic suspension of wagering activity for the remainder of that period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play, prompting you to review your activity.
• Reality Check: Display periodic reminders showing your session duration and net wagering result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the pharcade platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, access to your account is suspended and pharcade will not send promotional materials. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.

All content on the pharcade platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, game titles, design elements, and the pharcade brand name — is the intellectual property of pharcade or its licensed third-party content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used in any form without the prior written consent of pharcade or the relevant rights holder.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including but not limited to JILI, PG Soft, Fachai, Pragmatic Play, and CQ9) is licensed to pharcade for operation on the platform and remains the intellectual property of the respective studios. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pharcade platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pharcade's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the pharcade platform shall be limited to the net Real Money Balance held in that Player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

pharcade shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions to service, or third-party payment processing delays that are outside pharcade's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses arising from the Player's violation of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pharcade's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

pharcade reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a charge-back from a payment provider in connection with the Player's account.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• The Player's voluntary self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pharcade reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the verified Real Money Balance will be refunded to the Player's most recently used withdrawal method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their pharcade account may do so at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure does not discharge any outstanding wagering obligations or pending transaction processing.

If you have a dispute with pharcade regarding the outcome of any game, a transaction, or the application of these Terms, you must first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting pharcade's customer support team via live chat. pharcade commits to acknowledging all complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct support communication, the matter may be escalated to pharcade's formal complaints process. Details of the formal complaints process are available from pharcade support on request.

Where a dispute relates to the interpretation or application of these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedies. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable in the Philippines.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Player's jurisdiction of residence.

pharcade's online gaming services are operated in accordance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Players acknowledge that compliance with PAGCOR's requirements may take precedence over individual contractual terms where there is a conflict.

pharcade reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pharcade will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to Players via email to the registered account address and a notice displayed on the pharcade platform.

Your continued use of the pharcade platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
